Suitable for smooth metals and flat and polished surfaces such as most plastics, varnished wood, paints and varnishes
Limited suitability for porous, sanded and rough surfaces that would absorb the adhesive on the tape or physically attack it, e.g. sanded metals. When using water-based acrylic paints, nitrocellulose paints with a high percentage of thinner, other chemically aggressive substances and all non-ferrous metals, e.g. copper and aluminium and eloxal and powder-coating, preliminary testing is absolutely required. Otherwise there is the possibility that residues will be left.
Not suitable for any surface with insufficient internal stability, such as poorly adhering varnish or weathered wood
Full compatibility with the surface can only be ensured by carrying out preliminary tests for at least 48 hours under application conditions and correct application
